Through five years of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and self-help, I learned to understand myself, find strength where I thought there was none, and rebuild my life step by step.

This experience inspired me to create MentalHealthEbooks, a space filled with practical self-help tools, useful guides, and inspiring books that can serve as a beacon for those struggling with similar challenges. Here, we don’t just offer resources, but a reminder: the strength lies within us.

I firmly believe that self-help is an important piece of the puzzle, but it must always be combined with proper psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to become the bridge that leads us back to the life we deserve.
